It will feel like you brought all your loved ones – yes all 50 of them – together in a dream to spend some time on the island of Gods. Anam 10 bedroom villa has all the facilities you can think of to keep you busy. This translates into 3 pools, a spa, a home cinema, a gym, pool table, tables for playing cards, an upstairs lounge space for yoga, bbq and wine cellar, chef, butler and staff 24/7 at your disposal. And this is only the beginning…

Anam & Abakoi & Tangram 22 bedroom villa is a listing of three large villas. Anam 10 bedroom villa is located only few meters away from Tangram and Abakoi interconnected 12 bedroom villas. Spread across 2.800sqm the villas feature 4 large pools, 4 living room pavilions with comfy lounge areas, dining rooms, kitchen, western style bars and 22 bedrooms. Anam 10 bedroom villa tops up in luxury and also offers a home cinema, a gym to work out in, two lounge spaces with music installation (one rooftop and one by the pool), a spa and bbq and a wine cellar as well as a pool table and tables for playing cards.

Space for everyone!

If you are a group of friends and want to keep yourselves busy opt for Anam 10 bedroom villa. Swimming competitions, massages, pool table games and yoga sessions are easy to arrange here. There is also 24 pax dining space so you can dine altogether and enjoy some fresh fish of the day. If you prefer to spread out, there are two lounge pavilions with both dining and living areas, a comfy pool lounge and even an upstairs lounge perfect for sunset sessions.

If you are an extended family, then go for next door Tangram and Abakoi 12 bedroom villas, which offer 2 family rooms with 2 bunk beds and an interconnected twin bedroom. Here you will find lots of space, with two living room pavilions overlooking the two pools. There is also the option for a 24seater dining area if you prefer to eat all together.

Discounts:

We offer: a) 20% last minute discount if you book 30 days or less prior to check in b) 10% long stay discount for a stay of 7 nights or more c) 10% early bird discount if you book 4 months or more in advance.

Discounts are not valid during peak season: 20 December – 8 January

Villas’ capacity:

The villas can fit up to 57 people. For more than 50 people, we will add an extra bed per person per room at an extra cost of 50 USD per extra bed per night. There are also 11 sofas that can be converted into kids’ beds at an extra cost of 35 USD per sofa per night.

15/16/17/18/19/20/21 Bedroom options:

If you only need 15 to 22 bedrooms, this is possible at a cheaper price. We will just lock 1 to 7 bedrooms, and the villa will remain private.

Dining:

The two 6bed villas have two 8seater wooden dining tables in the two living room pavilions. If, however, you wish to eat together, we can combine the two dining tables and have a 24pax dining area.

The 10bed villa also has two 10seater wooden dining tables in the two living room pavilions that can become one 24pax dining area.

Event info:

We can help you arrange your special event including music, decorations and F&B of course. The villa can also host weddings.

Additional charges for an event include: 1 night rate event fee, banjar (local police) fee $135 USD plus $1.500 USD security deposit fully refundable provided there are no damages.

Curfew:

As Seminyak is a residential area, music needs to be turned off by 10pm.

The neighbourhood:

Kick the day off with some great fresh brewed coffee at hidden gem Revolver Espresso, and then take your choice of breakfasts: Revolver does a fantastic eggs benedict, or if vegan is more your style, head over to Kynd for an insta-friendly plant based option. Both are just minutes from your villa in the buzzing heart of Seminyak, Eat Street.

In the mood for some shopping? You’ll likely be spending some time on the beach later so maybe pick up some cool beach wear from Sunday’s Resortwear, one of our favourites for brightly coloured style at wallet friendly prices, or Uma and Leopold. The market in Seminyak Square is always a good option too if you’re looking for a bargain.

You could be forgiven for thinking Seminyak is all about eating, drinking, shopping and beaches but you’d be wrong – indulge your cultural side with a trip to Nyaman art gallery which showcases contemporary local artists, or pay a visit to cultural and historical treasure, Pura Petitenget Temple, hidden away behind all the designer boutiques.

Hungry for lunch? Maybe try some local cuisine: we love Warung Nia for their amazing pork ribs and satay. Or head to Sisterfields, the coolest spot in town – but be prepared to queue! Try their avocado toast or one of their delicious pastries.

A day out in Seminyak is not complete until you’ve been to Double Six Beach, with its beautiful white sands backed by a great selection of bars and restaurants. Daytimes here are typically relaxing and peaceful. Rent a sun lounger, get a massage, or maybe even try your hand at surfing or horse riding along the beach. This is also the place to be at sunset: head to La Plancha beach bar, find yourself a beanbag, grab a cocktail and soak it all in. If you want to party, try beach club Ku De Ta with its ocean side glamour and world class DJs, or La Favela, whose weekend parties are the best in town. Motel Mexicola, a lively restaurant-slash-night club is also worth a shot with its retro 60s styling and bright colours.

If you’d rather treat yourself to a high end dinner than a night dancing, give Chandi’s 10 course tasting menu a go, or make a reservation at Mejekawi, located at Ku de Ta, for an elevated take on classic local dishes.

Getting around:

We can provide a 14seater Hiace mini bus with driver for $85 USD = 1.200.000 IDR for 8 hours or $55 US = 800.000 IDR for 5 hours. Alternatively, the staff can help rent a motorbike. Prices range from $5.5 USD = 80.000 IDR for a standard Vario to $18 US = 250.000 IDR for the more premium Nmax.
